We offer free standard shipping on all orders across Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Remote areas in Canada may require additional delivery time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. SecondBloom is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at info@secondbloom.co before your order is processed.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@secondbloom.co. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped within Canada. No customs fees or import duties apply to domestic Canadian orders.
